General Terms and Conditions
1. Purpose of the Website
The dermagius.pt website is managed by the Dermagius brand, owned by Dermage, and aims to provide users with detailed information about our products and services, as well as enabling their online purchase. We also provide a locator for physical points of sale and online platforms that sell our products.
By accessing and using the website, the user declares that they have read, understood, and accept these Terms and Conditions.
2. General Conditions
Dermagius reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time, without prior notice. Changes will take effect immediately upon their publication on the website.
Continued use of the website after any changes will be considered as acceptance of those changes. It is the user's responsibility to regularly consult this page to stay updated.
3. Personal Data Protection
The protection of our users' personal data is a priority. All information provided will be processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and our Privacy Policy.

4. Orders and Formation of Contract
Orders placed on the website are subject to acceptance by Dermagius. By completing an order, the user declares to be over 18 years old and to have the legal capacity to enter into a contract.
Order acceptance occurs upon sending of the shipping confirmation. Dermagius reserves the right to cancel orders for justified reasons, such as suspected fraud or error in the data provided.
5. Payment, Shipping, and Deliveries
Dermagius accepts various payment methods, indicated at checkout. Orders are dispatched from Portugal to various destinations, with shipping costs calculated automatically during the purchase process.
The customer will receive a tracking code after dispatch. Delivery times are indicative and may vary depending on the destination. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or external factors.
The customer is responsible for ensuring that the delivery address is correct. Dermagius is not responsible for delivery failures resulting from incorrect information.
6. Product Availability
All products are subject to availability. In case of out-of-stock after the order is placed, we will contact you to propose an alternative or issue a refund of the amount paid.
We reserve the right to limit the quantities purchased per order.
7. Taxes, Customs Duties, and Customs
In the case of international shipments, customs duties or local taxes not included in the final price may apply. The customer is responsible for such charges.
If the order is returned due to refusal to pay fees or customs retention, Dermagius may issue a partial refund, deducting the incurred costs.
8. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds
The customer may request the return of products within 14 days of receipt, provided the items are intact, unopened, and in their original packaging. To initiate the process, an email should be sent to info@dermagius.pt with the order number and product details.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of defective products or shipping errors.
Refunds will be processed within up to 10 business days after receipt and verification of the returned items.
9. Order Cancellation
It is possible to cancel an order before dispatch by contacting us directly via email. After dispatch, you may refuse delivery or proceed with the return according to the conditions indicated in the previous section.
Dermagius reserves the right to cancel orders in cases of suspected fraud, unconfirmed payments, or unforeseen logistical problems.
10. Complaints and Customer Support
For any issues related to orders, deliveries, or received products, the customer should contact our customer support service within 15 days of receiving the order.
Detailed information and, if applicable, photographs proving the defect or problem will need to be sent.
In situations of allergic reactions, we also request the submission of detailed information for evaluation.
11. Limitation of Liability
Dermagius is not responsible for direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of the website, including interruptions, data loss, or commercial losses.
Dermagius's liability is limited to the value of the products purchased by the customer.

All content available on the website, including texts, images, logos, videos, and graphics, is the property of Dermagius or its licensors and is protected by applicable law.
It is prohibited to copy, reproduce, or use any content without prior written authorization.
13. Applicable Law and Competent Forum
These Terms and Conditions are governed by Portuguese law. Any dispute will be resolved by the courts of the district of Vila Nova de Gaia, to the exclusion of any other.

14. Force Majeure
Dermagius cannot be held responsible for non-compliance resulting from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including strikes, natural disasters, pandemics, government decisions, or unforeseen technical failures.

Promotions and discount codes are subject to specific conditions and cannot be combined, unless otherwise indicated. Special campaigns (e.g., Black Friday) may have different rules and their own deadlines.
